RESPONSIBILITIES OF JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Pick up trash on floors and isles
• Use cleaning equipment properly and return to storage area
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
QUALIFICATIONS FOR JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
• A MINIMUM of 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Ability to handle physical workload and stand/walk for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
REQUIREMENTS FOR JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
• Clean, friendly, and professional appearance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Responsible & dependable, with reliable transportation
