SHIFT: 3PM-11PM
Job Duties:
- Meal Preparation: Execute the preparation and cooking of nutritious and delicious meals for hospital patients, adhering to dietary guidelines and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute ideas for menu development and participate in the planning of daily and special event menus.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, strictly adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed our standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cooks, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen is required.
- Knowledge of hospital dietary restrictions and considerations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
