Operates the dish machine and maintains the cleanliness of the dish machine area.
Essential Functions
1. Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and foodservice equipment.
2. Sets up and cleans dish machine area; checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels.
3. Stores clean equipment and utensils.
4. Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition.
5. Empties garbage and moves to the dumpsite.
6. Sweeps and mops floors.
