Grill Cook – ALL SHIFTS

WE OFFER OUR COOKS:

• Weekly paychecks
• Competitive wages ($16 – $17 / hr to start)
• Steady schedule (5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. & 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts available)
• Stable hours

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COOKS:

• Assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
• Operate and clean standard kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Store food and other items are stored properly, checking the quality of ingredients

QUALIFICATIONS FOR COOKS:

• 1-2 Years Proficiency in various cooking methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
• Food service, culinary arts, or other related field experience required
• Experienced using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
• Previous work in a restaurant, corporate kitchen, university, or event center is preferred
• Knowledge of and adherence to food safety and sanitation practices
