Qualifications
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
Basic food cost knowledge
Understanding and knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Must be available to weekdays, weekends and holidays
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and restaurant employees

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting guests in the coffee shop by preparing beverages, cashiering, assisting in cleaning the café, and providing exceptional service to guests
This position involves constant customer interaction
Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer
Take orders, record in POS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages
Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times
Ensure area sanitation according to health and safety guidelines
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, customized, and specialty beverages
Clean service and dining areas throughout shift
Servicing customers and taking orders
Greet Guests
