We are looking to add a FAST PACE Sous Chef to our amazing team!
- We are hiring immediately for a full-time SOUS CHEF – HOURLY position.
- Location: Nashville, Tn.
- Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm. More details upon interview.
- Requirement: Two years of sous chef experience is preferred.
- Starting Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
- Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures. HACCP knowledge
- Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced hot or cold kitchen. Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- FLEXIBILITY (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays as needed)
