We are looking to add a FAST PACE Sous Chef to our amazing team!

  • We are hiring immediately for a full-time SOUS CHEF – HOURLY position.
  • Location: Nashville, Tn.
  • Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Two years of sous chef experience is preferred.
  • Starting Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
  • Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures. HACCP knowledge
  • Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced hot or cold kitchen. Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • FLEXIBILITY (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
