All Team Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Executive Chef to join our team. This Chef will be cooking for CEO’s, Company Executives and Politicians on a luxury train. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals and overseeing the Train kitchen team to ensure that all goals are met. A great fit for this position will have previous experience in a high-volume setting, Be able to execute on a moving train. excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work under stress.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals under the direction of the head chef.
- Maintain inventory of fresh produce, meat, fish, and other food supplies.
- Manage a kitchen staff.
- Keep food preparation area clean and sanitary.
- Order food and supplies for the restaurant.
- Prepare appetizers and desserts for dinner service.
